Built these for my second TJ but thought others might be interested for their rigs. These would take 3-8 weeks for me to get the laser cut steel, bend them, tack them together, and ensure the bolt to your TJ/LJ subframe. YJ is compatible but they won't bolt to your subframe, you'd have to figure out spacing. I'm hoping to have the specific YJ version done in the next few months or sooner if I have a donor rig/measurements.

Optimal suspension geometry for high speed performance and rock crawling. Comes tacked welded and will need to be finish welded and bolted in place then final welded for strength. Add your trans cross member and skid and you're done. I can provide the skid if you need one. This is cut primarily from 1/4" steel and has a couple 1/8" gussets to decrease weight. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask.

If this is too much for the F/S section, someone just let me know. Offering a complete tacked together system without skid for $500. Skids are $150 or you can make your own. This is until 10/27/18 then prices must increase due to steel price increases.

Details:
Designed around 37 to 40 inch tires
Works with factory frames or modified units
Bolts into factory skid plate holes in frame then welded
20” from ground to frame
16.25” from ground to skid plate
104” Wheelbase Shown
8.5” Vertical separation at axles Shown

Upper control arm mounts allow adjustable vertical separation:
Front - 4.75”, 6.25”, or 7.75” separation choices
Rear - 4.75” or 6.25” separation choices

25.5” horizontal separation at front lowers
32.0” horizontal separation at rear lowers

his is cut primarily from 1/4" steel and has a couple 1/8" gussets to decrease weight. We only use American grade HRPO steel for these. They are laser cut and finger brake formed. We do not cut corners and will be tacking together these assemblies with fixtures and mock-up bushings. Standard bolt hole size is 9/16 with a 2-5/8" mounting width as standard. We can accommodate other bolt sizes and can change these from driver's side 3rd link to passenger's side by request.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask!
