Installed the rebuilt D300 transfer & replaced ujoints in the front driveline last weekend. Spent today bolting up drivelines, flipping the D300 shifters I installed backwards last weekend, installing interior panels, installing seats, starting the rig, topping off the TH350 (2.5 quarts) & making sure everything else is working. I might have an issue with the RacePak dash temp showing higher than actual, when the radiator fan is running :dunno:

Items still on the to do list:

--spool the Master-Pull winch rope back onto the drum (thank you Lyle & Victor!)
--install the Yukon Locking Hubs (so I can attain highway speeds)
--install the Tilden Motorsports oil pan (so I can rockcrawl like Jesse Haines)
--do sweet burnouts in my driveway (so my neighbors know who's boss)

Drove it, flushed and fill radiator, put the top on, doors on, getting it ready for paint and wrap. Hydro steering waiting to go on.

Needs a wash.

Made a new standalone trans cooler bracket
Image

Printed a catch can bracket that bolts to the factory battery box studs. Holds two 2.88" water bottles. Shown mid-print, I'll take more today.

Not much to look at, but this is what I was working on this weekend between football and soccer games:
Before:
* The original ARB wiring harness, 2 feet too long, and modified after it melted at the fuse holder)
* Winch (+) wired to the starter, (-) wired to the engine block. So the 4ga battery cables were part of the 2ga winch wiring circuit
Image

After:
* New ARB switches (not in pic), and all new wire with Weather Pack connectors
* New military battery terminals with 2ga winch cables running straight to the battery
* Also rewired a new Bosch style electric choke relay to the same relay block (Packard relay blocks) as the compressor relay
Image

Next:
* Add two more relays to the relay block for headlight rewiring and halogens at full luminescence

I cut 2 1/4 inches out of my hood so I shortened my hood hinges and I think it turned out pretty good

I think I would have just raised the cleat on the hood. I agree though, those midget latches look good. Nice work!

Did some hot laps through the new housing development going in down the road and finished up with some burnouts in my driveway. Feels good to have it ready again...
