Back by popular demand. If you have a favorite recipe or just want to see what you can come up with, bring it on. First prize this year is bragging rights for the next 12 months and some sort of yet to be determined shwag(Perhaps someone would like to sponsor the competition?) So far we have about 3 or 4 people that have said they are in, but the more the merrier. We have extra porta potties reserved this year just in case :smt077: Make enough to have at least 5 or 6 small samples for the distinguished panel of member judges, and some to share with the crowd of drooling faces. All entries must be homemade(not required to be made onsite, you can reheat), cans of Nalley's with a hotdog and a slice of Velveeta will be disqualified and sent to Camp Galford because he's probably hungry. Let's plan to be eating at 7pm so folks that are coming back from wheeling can get in on the fun.

Anybody know how long Chili keeps? I will be flying out Wednesday morning and getting back on friday so I would have to make chili Monday or Tuesday.
