Naches Pass Trail

Took the wife and kids over the Naches Pass Trail yesterday. Since we were by ourselves (and my wheelin experience is limited) we did not run the lower part, we picked up the trail where it intersects the 7080 road just up from the 70 road. It was hot, dusty and a great time! I think my boys really liked the cabin at Government Meadows the best, they didn’t understand why weren’t staying the night. Here’s a few pics and a short video. I was told by another member on this forum that my wave in the video was “less than manly”, next time I’ll go with the standard peace sign or a classic head nod.

Yup- nuthin manly about that wave :-).
Great report. Love to see kids enjoying themselves on the trail and wheelin with the family. Took my family there two weeks ago and it was a wet mess -'glad to see its dried out.

Ran the Naches a half dozen times last season. Entering it from the wet side hill climb, the next half a mile or so has become a fun section! Love that trail, and all the look see along the way.

Regaring the less than manly wave; What an ugly thing for them to say, eh? Piss on 'em.
