On Friday I received a text from Eastcreek saying that a group was going to look for the powdery white stuff in the Morning, the news was predicting snow so I jumpstarted the Jeep, grabbed my cold weather gear and my new GoPro and met him at the Burnett Chevron at 9:30am. Along with Eastcreek was Baker, MikeM, Beyatch, JustCuz, Bgbubabrwn. There was also two guys but I didn't catch their names, a Red XJ and a White YJ. This is my story and I'm sticking two it.

We covered 77.8 miles over 6 hours and 18 Min reached elevations of 4700'

Had a ton of fun yesterday, had about twice as many people as expected. The two extra rigs were my friends Alex (Xj) and his wife and boys and Junior in the white YJ. Glad that we found the snow that we did, I was unsure if we were going to at first. Only took one picture.

Is FS7810 The Summit Lake trailhead? Looks like where we were today.

I had a great time and the more I wheel in the snow, the more I like it! It took me a very long time to get warm again once I got home.... here's my pics.

I think North Korea may have hacked my GoPro :f2: Actually since I was running off the battery I was turning it off and on all day and getting clips and it was off at that moment. The good news for Mike is it also wasn't recording when he went around the corner hot and went off the road. I am uploading a couple of more videos to youtube now.

White yj is a friend of mine. He likes them so far, but they were replacing a bald set of Gumbos.
