Jesse (Wang) and I couldn't miss out on the first real snow of the season so we headed up to Snoqualmie. He was a few miles behind me and I was about to exit the 2nd Tinkham exit before he hit the first, and I told him to bypass the first Tinkham exit because the snow sucked. Sadly, the Pass closed just after he passed the first exit and was stuck in a parking lot for nearly an hour while I continued up Denny Creek.

This poor fella...

And the broken tow strap still attached.

I headed up to the top of Denny to give some feedback to Jesse about traffic movement and spotted the SP keeping people from hitting I90.

We eventually met up and made the mountain our bitch.

Couple videos:

I had had my fun and it was time to head back down. Jesse was going to head back towards North Bend to meet up with John (Avanteone) and Chris (Keeks) to do the night run version of this one.

Looking forward to your pics, fellas!!

Rich and Jesse were headed down, I was headed up with Chris and my friend Pat. Jesse decided to run it again. We ran in other tracks for a ways, then some tracks that had been snowed back over, then some fresh snow with no tracks. Ran up Hyak area a ways until nobody could make good forward progress.

Store it at Rich's so you have an easy park-and-go for snow runs. I'm sure Rich would never take advantage of having it parked there. :p

Looks fun, guys. Jealous that I'm not close enough to the Pass to make last-minute snow runs.
