Been a while,
Was able to pick up the Tekonsha P3 brake controller and spent the day installing it.... Fits in place pretty well...
Tags are expired on the Jeep so next weekend smog it, register it and get it all prepped for a maiden voyage in the next few weeks...
Pretty excited for the first camping trip of the summer, so close.....

Going over the suspension this weekend, I installed the Rustys Radius Arm conversion up front a few years ago. https://www.rustysoffroad.com/rustys-lo ... tj-zj.html
I found the drivers 2.5 joint has come apart, meaning the tensioner plate backed off and was just hanging on the bolt so I had to drop the controll arm to screw it back on.
I tried to tighten it to reset the tension but the treads are stripped, it just keeps spinning and will not tighten. Anyone know where I can pick one up locally (S. Seattle/Tacoma) instead of waiting on it to be shipped to me this week?

Finished up the friction swayer setup and pulled the trailer out hooking it up to the Jeep.
The Jeep and the trailer seem to sit well. I also put the kayaks onto to get an idea of how I will secure those on trips where we take them.
I went for a spin to set up the brake controller and dialed in the brake setting.
Planning an inaugural trip at the end of this month or early next month, pretty excited.
