Ok, so I'm opening a BBQ food truck. I've been offering up free BBQ on and off for a little bit to give me a chance to test out the equipment, refine cook times, recipes, etc. I typically share that out with facebook friends, and post something in the members only section of the board here to get people to stop by and put my meat in their mouth. So far, everyone has been satisfied by my meat. Yeah, I went there. The jokes never get old....
I'm headed out to pick up some free samples from a local supplier Thursday. 1 case of Beeler's pork butts and 1 case of Certified Angus Beef Brisket. I'm not through the department of health licensing yet, so I can't sell you any BBQ, but they can't stop me from giving it away.
We'll have pulled pork sandwiches & sliced brisket, plus we're testing two new recipes; macaroni & cheese and hand pies.
