One of our local clubs is hosting a Jeep Rally next 4th of July week. Location is Yellow Pine, Idaho; about 70 miles NE of Cascade, Idaho.
We had a state assoc. run there in 2010, this is going to be a rally for better choice of name-starting in mid week Wed. with runs Thurs and Fri and Sat, then culminating in a huge dinner/raffle Sat night. Leaves Sun for getting home. We rent a lodge, with a few cabins at Alpine Village just outside Yellow Pine. There are several other campgrounds really close by. Trails are just forest trails but can be interesting if snow has not melted. Yellow Pine has a little bar, general store, some?gas (just don't depend on it). There is not really an eating place in YP so we take care of most of that. We will feed a grille dinner on Wed, bkfst on Thur, dinner on Thur, Fri bkfst and dinner, Sat bkfst and huge dinner on Sat night. 2010 dinner was Prime Rib and all the fixings!

On to the proposed cost for all this, the plan right now is to provide all the food above and register one vehicle for a cost of $89/ per vehicle. Note, that is not for each person but for however many people you have in your registered vehicle. We did it in 2010 for a little less $ so should be able to pull this one off. In 2010 we hauled up over 6000 #'s of groceries.
We have a large raffle for Sat night and tickets will be sold independently, I think it was $1/ticket.

I will have more info as this gets closer but wanted to get you in the loop early on. Hoping that you will help spread the word and maybe even Crawl can attend.
