Yeah. My parents, strange as they were, decided for some reason that and education was more important?! :dunno: That must be why I was singing Schoolhouse rock when you were driving around a construction site. :hmm:

I missed out on the PowerWheels craze; when they were really gaining popularity in the late 80s, I was already too big to have one. :-(

Edit: Oops, topic is starting to drift... :roflmao:

Usually one or two morning and midday runs. Most folks start packing out in the early afternoon.

Campground, or the lower day use lot (not the first staging area).

So should I plan on getting to the campgrounds at like 8-9AM? To give myself time to set-up camp and then go wheeling with everyone, or should I get there even earlier? I know it's vague...but I'm not really sure what to expect as far as campground traffic, locating a spot, and finding people to talk to about wheeling.

(Assuming it takes about an hour to set-up camp once a spot is found)

Runs go on all day long- some even into the night. Like minded drivers and equipped rigs get together and just run trails with everyone trying to meet back up for dinner and the raffle. I'm sure you will not have a hard time finding a group to go with as they keep running. Some never even return to camp all day.

Don't be shy either, it gets packed so steal some space. I set-up camp then headed out for the days events, when I came back to camp around noon there were tents everywhere. Just remember, we're all friends!
