I like the idea of owning a jeep but I don't know how dependable they are. I'm in the market for an SUV. But plan on using it like a car.
Thanks,
Dennis

If you are going to use it like a car buy a Grand Cherokee if you want a Jeep.

What does use it like a car mean?

Thanks for the replies.
My biggest concerns are dependability. I'm not concerned with handling or noise. Our other vehicle is a dodge diesel straight piped 4" exhaust. (We love it)
Are second vehicles have been cars. The last 3 have been new but never floated our boat.
We like the look of the 2015 hard rock. With a 40,000 price tag I won't be wheeling it.
We quad in Florence and scuba dive.
Thanks guys,
Dennis

I am very happy with our 2014 grand Cherokee overland. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our 2 kids (in car seats) and all of their gear.
